Phase 2 of 46 North: a successful launch!

Tremblant Express, September 2010

The promoters of the 46° North development in La Macaza last month unveiled. Before 150 guests, the new phase of the real estate development project and the new chalet models in the sector called le domaine de l'Érabliere – the Maple Estate. In all, four phases are planned.

The private forest will feature 150 rustic-style and log homes, to be located in a 500-acre estate. The property offers unusual natural beauty while remaining firmly connected to civilization and offering all the modern comforts and conveniences. The new models of home will not be made of round logs as such but rather, will be rustic in style and perfectly suited to their surroundings. The homes are affordable, starting at $429, 000, and quality remains a priority.

"46 North is a way of life, an investment and the promise of a carefree stay with special attention paid to comfort and the enjoyment of a natural environment. Serenity is not just a feeling, it's the crowning achievement of a life well spent. It is available via these luxurious homes. These properties have numerous natural assets: lakes, waterfalls, brooks, cliffs, lookouts and grand panoramic vistas. Eventually, because of the sheer size of the project, the property will include two Owners' Pavilions, two swimming pools and water-related amenities on the property's four lakes," says Luc Corneli, vice-president. At completion, the resort property will represent an investment of $150 million.
